I was just wondering about the application of Marx theory of economics in modern day. Considering globalization of production, labor, trade, commodities, and late stage capitalism. Found this read quite interesting. Although written in 2002 I believe it is a good brief look through that lens. The author paper is written by University of Utah professor Hans G. Ehrbar.
