    I grew bitter and resentful towards people who complained about how hard it was to work from home and all the downtime they had while I had to trudge into “critical” work everyday for low pay.

    Yeah, Russia’s spreading itself thin. With their focus on Ukraine, it’s wild they’re still trying to keep control in Africa, especially as the locals seem more hostile toward them now. Plus, their heavy-handed approach is clearly backfiring. You’d think they’d learn after all the civilian deaths just fuel more resentment.
