Man convicted of Tucson murders fights DNA test, phone data used at trial

  Christopher Clements, serving separate life sentences for kidnapping and murdering two young girls in Tucson, told the Arizona Court of Appeals that DNA and cellphone map evidence should have been excluded from his first trial.
