PLK, Loring, NorthPointe release initial site concept for Hyde Park Square: PHOTOS

I gotta be honest- I don't understand why anyone "drives into" the greenspace. For safety reasons alone that makes zero sense to me.

The height seems fine to me but then again, I don't live in HP.
