More culling/fuse entanglement shenanigans: add a modifier to the Master Sword, works in 1.2.1 [Suishi on YT]

And the modifier even saves through breaking/recharging. There are hoops to jump through, but IMO this seems much more practical than some of the other 1.2.1 glitches.
